5th International Summit Forum on EPC+Full furnace Pouring of Extra Large Blast Furnace Lining
In order to further enhance the innovation of EPC+full furnace pouring technology for blast furnace lining of Huaxi Technology, provide safe and long-lasting advantageous services for more steel users, and continue to promote and lead the green, low-carbon and high-quality development of refractory materials industry, Huaxi Technology Group successfully held the "5th International Summit Forum on EPC+Full furnace pouring of Extra Large Blast Furnace Lining" on February 6, 2025.
全球鋼鐵行業(yè)向綠色低碳、提質(zhì)增效高質(zhì)量發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型升級背景下,為提升技術(shù)創(chuàng)新及服務(wù)品質(zhì),推動全爐澆注EPC+集成技術(shù)發(fā)展,華西科技集團圍繞高爐爐襯重大關(guān)鍵技術(shù)、前沿技術(shù)和技術(shù)難點,于2025年2月6日圓滿召開了“特大型高爐爐襯全爐澆注EPC+(第5次)國際高峰論壇”。
Dr. Nie Shifeng from the International Alliance of Integrated New Technologies for Iron and Steel Blast Furnace Longevity gave in-depth explanations on various aspects such as the erosion mechanism of blast furnace lining, construction technology, technological innovation, and application prospects. Dr. Nie proposed that building a safe, low-carbon, efficient, and long-lasting ironmaking blast furnace is our commitment that we have always adhered to. With technological innovation as our pen, we have painted a new chapter in the green development of blast furnace lining.
煉鐵高爐長壽一體化新技術(shù)國際聯(lián)盟聶世鋒博士圍繞高爐爐襯侵蝕機理、施工工藝、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新以及應(yīng)用前景等多方面進行了深入講解。聶博士提出,打造安全、低碳、高效、長壽的煉鐵高爐,是我們始終堅守的承諾,以科技創(chuàng)新為筆,繪就高爐爐襯綠色發(fā)展新篇章。
Li Huibo, an expert in ironmaking technology at the West China New Materials (Changxing) Research Institute of Beijing University of Science and Technology, comprehensively and multi-dimensional summarized the current situation, shortcomings, and optimization ideas of furnace lining technology research and development. He introduced the innovation and practice of the institute for full furnace pouring technology, and put forward many constructive opinions on blast furnace shape design, blast furnace cooling design, blast furnace ironmaking technology, and other aspects.
北京科技大學(xué)華西新材料(長興)研究院煉鐵工藝專家李會波全方位多維度總結(jié)了爐襯技術(shù)研發(fā)的現(xiàn)狀、存在的不足及優(yōu)化思路,介紹了研究院針對全爐澆注技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新與實踐,并對高爐爐型設(shè)計、高爐冷卻設(shè)計、高爐煉鐵工藝等方面提出諸多建設(shè)性意見。
Kang Zhibin, President of Huaxi Technology Blast Furnace Longevity International Research Institute, conducted an in-depth analysis and comparison of the physical, chemical, and metallurgical properties of the entire furnace pouring material, empowering the safe and long-lasting operation of blast furnace lining through material technology upgrades.

Jiang Yuyi, President of Huaxi Technology Group, comprehensively summarized and analyzed the application examples of EPC+full furnace pouring technology, and proposed to rely on technological advantages to serve the steel industry, promote high-quality development of steel through better products and services.
